Our story
Specializing in nonprofit and fundraising events, our team transforms visions into seamless experiences that inspire action and create lasting change.
From galas and conferences to community fundraisers, we partner with organizations to design events that not only meet goals but also amplify missions.
Fluid Events was born from the vision of our founder and CEO, Sabrina Roy, whose lifelong passion has always been helping others. What began as a personal commitment to make a difference has grown into a full-service event management company dedicated to empowering nonprofits.
Sabrina's journey is deeply rooted in the nonprofit world. From her early days considering social work to pursuing a postgraduate program in fundraising, she carved her own path despite the doubts of others. By 28, she had already secured leadership roles, including Director of Development, and later excelled as Director of Events at the Children's Aid Foundation.
Yet, even in roles that many would consider career pinnacles, Sabrina wanted more—more creativity, more independence, and more opportunities to support causes close to her heart. With no external assistance, she founded Fluid Events, building it from the ground up with determination, vision, and unwavering dedication.
From the founder
Helping others has always been at the heart of everything I do. Fluid Events is my way of turning that passion into impactful experiences for nonprofits.
